Good App but needs a few Improvements

I really like the idea of being able to track and share expenses with a co-parent without needing a full blown communication app. But there are a few things that would make it so much easier. In PA, the custodial parent (who has them the most) is required to pay the first $250 before bills are split. So I STILL have to track the amounts in a separate spreadsheet to know when the 50/50 split begins

I also wish there was a way to export the individual expenses as a pdf that included the images. And same but as a whole using the filters. I need to provide other parent monthly expenses and need the proof - would be nice to be able to export and email. He refuses to get the app but I want it for tracking and because it’s court admissible. I’d love to be able to filter to one child and send all related expenses by date order. The only export all lumped together with links to photos - and other parent isn’t so excel/tech saavy to know what to even do with that. Plus I am not sure if the links open to view the image in the excel export if you do not have the app installed.

Easy

As a single parent I am very appreciative that this app is FREE and so user friendly. The simpler the better. Still trying to get my ex to hop on the app but I did some research on other apps and this one seems to be the simplest to use. Being a single parent is already stressful enough. I don’t need to add how to figure out a co parenting app to the mix. This makes it easy. I like that the app is finance forward. A calendar where shared time can be displayed would be a plus but ultimately the most difficult part about Co parenting is getting the finances right. This is just easy. All I need is a place where my ex and I can visually see expenses and pay expenses clearly. This app is it. I was struggling with spreadsheets before I found this app. I’m grateful and I’m looking forward to see how this app develops.

Expenses day Settled but payment never arrived

This is the second time that the app shows expenses have been settled but there is no email showing the payment came through, and the funds never arrived.

The first payment said it was made through Zelle. No email came to confirm that payment was actually being sent, and the second time it is Venmo, exact same scenario. How does onward handle payments through services like these which should hit the other parents account immediately? With the bank transactions, I received an email confirming the payment was made and should arrive in xx days time. When I reached out to customer support they told me that I’d have to follow up with Zelle if the payment never came through. . Clearly the integration with these services is not working well and has some bugs which need to be fixed.

I also am unable to find where to add or change my payment account after setting up the app.
